Terms & Conditions Summary:

• During  Mid & High Season (Apr-Oct), bookings are made for whole weeks (Sat. to Sat.)
• Outwith Mid & High Season, bookings for less than one week are accepted, subject to availability
• A non-refundable deposit of £250 or 20% of the cost (whichever is lower) is required upon booking
• Payment in full is required 6 weeks before your stay
• Bookings made within 6 weeks of your stay, require full upfront payment
• Prices are inclusive of electricity, Wifi, bedding, towels and cleaning
• Check-in after 3pm on day of arrival
• Check-out before 10am on day of departure
• We operate a no smoking and no pets policy
• You are responsible for damages to the property and its contents
